Solar+ Leaders Cuppa Club: Real Conversations. Real Leadership. Real Impact.

Wednesday 7 October | 14:00 | Veronafiere | App Networking Area (E4)

Let’s be clear from the start: this is more than networking.

Solar+ Leaders invites you to step into a different kind of space during Solar & Storage Live Italia 2026.

The Cuppa Club is a facilitated, small-group experience designed for something different.

Because the energy transition is not only about technology; it’s about how we lead, with purpose and with people at the centre, to build energy security, strengthen the systems that sustain our societies, and drive long-term sustainability.

This is where like-minded experts and leaders connect for real, not only to exchange business cards, but to strengthen leadership competencies and connect through lived experience and honest conversation.

What is Solar+ Leaders?

The leadership development layer of the energy transition.

A leadership development ecosystem for those who believe that how we lead will define what we build, across solar, storage, grids, and electrification.

Grounded in our SHINE System, we focus on the leadership pillars needed to navigate complexity, build energy security, and strengthen the systems that sustain our societies.

This isn’t for everyone.
It’s for those who recognise what’s missing and step in early to shape what comes next.

Let us know below if you are joining the Solar+ Leaders Cuppa Club so we can better prepare for the gathering.
